Latex centrifugal clarifier
Function :
This machine is mainly used in the purification of fresh latex. In the process of making glue, the purpose of fresh latex purification is to remove the mechanical impurities from outside of latex, such as sediment, insects, bark, leaves and so on.
Work Principle :
This machine is mainly used in cleaning the latex, to remove the sand, ant, tree peel, leaf etc. A previous and common method in process is gravity filtration by the use of filter screen, which is hard to deal with the latex of heavier concentration, of higher viscosity, with more granule, or with more sundries. It is inefficient and easy to result in filter blocking. This machine separates the latex and impurities by the centrifugal force from the gravitational differences of the latex and impurities. It is a processing method wildly used nowadays as it is able to deal with the latex of heavier concentration and higher viscosity in large quantity and easily.
